The 392 Series Float Style Rotameter features a robust perspex body with a stable base and an air inlet in the centre of the base for a steady reading from smooth airflow.
The top outlet of the rotameter has a screw-in hose-tail for easy attachment of tubing to the rotameter.
Readings are taken from the top level of the float with the scale at eye level for maximum accuracy. To ensure accuracy of readings a white dot is on the float which, when spinning, should appear as a straight line.
Accuracy is ±5% at full scale reading/deflection.
The calidaptor is used with I.O.M. single and seven hole sample heads and is adjustable for sample heads up to 37mm. The front face of the sample head seals against a soft foam pad and is clamped in position for hands-free calibration.
