The small and unobtrusive HAVmeter is the small, durable device carried by an employee throughout the working day or shift. Simple and easy to use with no external controls to prevent tampering.
The HAVmeter is taken from a base station by an employee and kept with them during the length of their shift or working day. Each HAVmeter is magnetically attached to a tag which is attached to the tool being used.
The HAVmeter measures the vibration level and displays the current level using the HSE Points system and an LED. The LED shows green, amber or red depending on the vibration exposure.
At the end of the shift the worker simply re-attaches the HAVmeter to the base station. All data is transferred to the base station for further analysis.
The HAVmeter unit is available with an option of a rubber bump sleeve for extra protection.
